Aim and scope |
Quantum computation and quantum information is a rather new rapidly developing interdisciplinary field. Theoretical and practical research in this field is based on quantum physics, computer science, electrical engineering and mathematics. Computer algebra methods, algorithms and software systems have been already applied to various problems of quantum computing and quantum information. This session aims at the exchange of recent research results and ideas about algebraic and symbolic-numeric aspects of quantum computing and quantum information processing. In particular, the following topics are to be considered:

Submissions |
If you are interested in giving a presentation at this session, please email an abstract to one of the organizers. The duration of a talk is to be 30 minutes including time for discussion. The deadline for talk submissions is 30 April, 2013. To aid in the creation of a proceedings for the meeting, please use this LaTeX template for your abstract. (The document generated by this template is located here). Send a copy of the .tex file and a PDF version of the abstract to the session organizers. If you are not familiar with LaTeX, you may also send a plain text version of your proposal. Proceedings will be published with an ISBN. If your proposal is accepted, you may send an extended abstract or short paper of up to 5 pages to be included in the proceedings. |
